Banquo Ltd provides individually planned live-in care for adults who require more continuous support within their own home.
Live-in care can provide continuity, reassurance and practical support while enabling people to remain in familiar surroundings and maintain the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.
It may be suitable for adults with learning disabilities or autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, dementia, sensory impairments or a combination of needs.
Support with personal care, everyday routines, meal preparation, nutrition and hydration.
Support with mobility, transfers, prescribed equipment and medication in accordance with the individual’s care plan.
Practical support to maintain a safe, comfortable home environment while promoting choice and independence.
Companionship, emotional reassurance and support with communication, sensory needs and meaningful activities.
Support to attend appointments, access the community and maintain relationships, interests and social connections.
Overnight support, respite for family carers and additional support following hospital discharge or changes in need.
Every live-in care arrangement begins with a comprehensive assessment of the person’s needs, risks, preferences, home environment and required staffing arrangements.
This helps us develop a safe and appropriate package of support around the individual. Where regular waking-night support or continuous two-person assistance is required, an enhanced staffing arrangement may be recommended rather than a standard single-worker live-in care package.
