Banquo Ltd supports children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autistic people to live safe, fulfilling and increasingly independent lives.
We recognise that every person has different strengths, needs, interests, communication preferences and sensory experiences. Our support is therefore developed with the individual, their family or representatives, commissioners and relevant professionals.
Personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, nutrition and hydration, and medication support in line with the individual’s care plan.
Support with communication methods, visual aids, sensory needs, reasonable adjustments, routines and transitions.
Developing independent living skills, building confidence, understanding choices, personal safety, relationships and rights.
Support to access education, employment, training, volunteering, social activities and the wider community.
Support with appointments, engagement with health and social care professionals, and positive behaviour support based on assessed needs.
Respite and short breaks, support during periods of increased need, plus overnight and waking-night support where commissioned.
